Ms. Walsh,
Words can’t begin to describe how awesome you are, but I can try to find the words. You are smart, funny, crazy (sometimes) and more teacher. You are always learning and teaching us something new, math or not. You are always making jokes and having fun with us. I might remember your barf stories, puberty talks and the “we are all mathematicians” talk. I might remember the time you spit out your tea on the carpet because you forgot how hot it was. I might remember your jokes and other fun times, but I know I will remember how when you taught me something and I didn’t understand it, you would take your time to reteach it so I could understand it. I will remember how you wouldn’t let us give up. I will remember how you taught me it was ok to not know the answer to something. I will remember how you adjusted our learning plans to make sure we understood and remembered things “below our grade level” so we could understand other things “above our grade level.” I will miss you and your amazing personality, but I will come back and visit often.
Thank you so much for everything!

Dear Ms. Walsh,
I would just like to thank you as my old Montessori teacher. You have to teach three different grades at once in one class, but you still manage to teach new and interesting things. I would like to thank you because you were an amazing teacher that made sure we (your students) actually understood what we were learning, and not just doing it. You were the person who made me a smarter person and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher.
Sincerely,
Wilson H. -former student
Kelly,
Thank you for making this year a positive one. I appreciate your honesty, feedback and desire to ensure Drummond remains true to its core. You are a phenomenal teacher and see the best in your kids! Thank you!
Enjoy your summer.

Thank you for loving, teaching & advocating for her. Your influence is so important & critical & we appreciate your dedication to education. Till the fall.
